चेरी (Cherry Benefits) के अमेज़िंग फ़ायदे ज़रूर जाने


Chhavi Goel/Meerut : अगर आप चेरी खाना पसंद करते है तो आप चेरी का स्वाद ही नही पंसंद करते बल्कि उसके फ़ायदेंमंद गुण अपने शरीर को एक बेहतर औषधि के रूप मे दे रहे है. भारत मे चेरी मुख्यतया जम्मू कश्मीर, हिमाचल प्रदेश, और उत्तर प्रदेश के पहाड़ी इलाक़ो मे होती है. तो चलिए जानते है इसके नीचे दिए गये औषधि वाले गुण :

1. Skin food: (त्वचा के लिए फ़ायदे): It contains antioxidants like Anthocyanins, Cyanidin, Quercetin help in reducing the free radicals from the body making skin glow and young.

2. Anti-cancerous: (केंसर को फैलने से रोकता है): It is enriched with fiber, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), carotenoids, Anthocyanins this play a vital role in preventing a cancer.

3. Prevent Colon cancer (पेट के कैंसर मे भी लाभदायक): Researches shows that cherries have the tendency to reduce the carcinogenic cells spreading from ham burger. “The fat contents of the cherry patties were, as expected, lower than that of the control patties, whereas the moisture contents were greater. Cherry tissue will not only slow down the oxidation deterioration of meat lipids, but will also substantially reduce the formation of heterocyclic aromatic amines.” – J. Ian Gray, PhD, Professor of Food Science at Michigan State.

4. Reduces Inflammation (गठिया या सूजन मे लाभदायक): Presence of phytochemicals reduces the inflammatory enzymes action giving relief from the pain of Arthritis.

5. Reduce muscle pain (मांसपेशी के दर्द मे लाभदायक): Cherries give relief from the muscle inflammation and soreness that on the other hand, lowers the muscle pain.

6. Heart food (दिल/ हार्ट अटेक के मरीज़ो के लिए भी लाभदायक): Presence of Phytosterols & Anthocynaninsreduces bad cholesterol levels& regulates PPAR. It raises the regulation of genes responsible for fat and glucose metabolism; which in turn lowers the risk of heart stroke. Also, it is enriched with potassium that regulates the heart rate which controls the blood pressure/hypertension.

7. Best for diabetes (मधुमेह की रोकधाम मे लाभदायक):It is furnished with Anthocyanins, lowers the insulin resistance&raises the tolerance for glucose (glucose tolerance). Cherries have low glycemic index of 22-25 ranging on the variety of it.

8. Reduces the risk of Gout (गठिया का खतरा कम कर देता है): Eating cherries may lower the levels of uric acid, nitric oxide, CRP levels that reduces the forming of uric acid crystals which prevents from swelling and stiffening of knees, thereof lowering the risk of Gout.

9. Boost sleep (अच्छी नीद आती है): The tart of cherries a type of antioxidant that binds free radicals named Melatonin, inhibits the inflammation & oxidative stress. This not only helps in improving sleeping hours and the quality of sleep, but also has its positive effect on the people having disturbed pattern of sleep.
10. Reduces fat (वजन कम करने मे लाभदायक): Cherries help in the decreasing the tummy/belly fat.
11. Prevents Alzheimer’s (अल्जाइमर मे मदद करता है) : Cherries are rich in Flavonoids and Procyanidin, which protects neurons (neuronal cells) that inhibits oxidative stress and dementia. Thus, protects from Alzheimer.
